A gift to my close friend Masha Dubakova and her family for the support she provided at a time when support was greatly needed. The piece contains a fragment that became the first melody I wrote for piano.

Waltz in E minor
The first waltz I wrote. For me, it remains only just an experiment with the aim of testing whether it would be possible to find some artistic basis and preserve the form of a waltz or not. The experiment is successful, but I will always treat it not more than as an experiment.
